DigiFold
The Digifold can
be set to operate in three ways.
For standard folding
configurations it works in the set to fold mode where, once the
required fold and sheet length have been selected the unit's
powerful programmer automatically sets the creasing and folding
position.
In the set to position mode the operator dials in
the cresing and folding positions. This mode is particularly useful
when extra creases are needed and allows difficult configurations
such as a closed gate fold to be programmed.
The third method
of operation enables the Digifold to be utilised as a flat sheet
autocreaser with e stock delivered flat. Alternatively, the creasing
operation can be by-passed and conventionally printed and/or lighter
stocks folded.

ElectroCreaser
Do you experience
cracking problems with your Digital Printing?
We have the
solution!
This unique machine has a reversable creasing blade to allow
both narrow and wide types of creases to be produced and is
engineered to give years of trouble free use.
The
Electro-Creaser is designed for full production with the use of the
electric foot pedal. It comes with two easy access backstops for
multiple scoring on the same job. The model 36 is designed to
facilitate the scoring or three panel (6 page fold out)
work.
Set up is fast and easy with the indicator scales. Like
it's manual counterpart (the DocuCrease 52) the Morgana
Electro-Creaser gives a superior finish compared to rotary scoring.
This is because the fibres of the material being scored are crushed
between a dye and anvil.
The result is a superb crease on
substrates which can be damaged by the action of a scoring wheel.
This machine offers many unique features and is ideally suited for
short to medium scoring volumes.
